Easthampstead Park, Bracknell

The hotel is located in a stunning setting with modern facilities. The rooms are very good with outside access. The service is friendly but could use more training. Dining options are very limited and not of good quality. The location is already booked for a future stop over, highlighting its appeal.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were a bit small and hot, but the staff provided extra fans to help cool it down. The service was fantastic, especially during the nighttime when my youngest was unwell. The location was nice, and the hotel is well-situated for Heathrow travelers. The dining was good, although slightly overpriced for the evening meal. The hotel's facilities were adequate, but more paths around the grounds would enhance the experience.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. The rooms were uncomfortably warm and had a strong smell of damp, making it challenging to relax. On the positive side, the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special with a lovely cake surprise. However, the check-in process was not as smooth as expected.

I wanted a quick chill out before our Lapland experience, and the hotel delivered a warm and welcoming service. The setting in secluded parkland was great, and the architecture added to the peaceful ambiance. The dining experience had a nice selection, but some areas could benefit from more care and attention.
